How it began
Windrose was launched to reduce the overwhelm of selling, buying and leasing property. We’re creating an end-to-end property services firm to reduce that overwhelm.
We make it easy for our clients to have a home. A place filled with safety and security, love and comfort. We don’t just connect buyers and sellers, we connect people with property to help them find their way ‘home’.
Our vision is to write the playbook on property: how to deliver memorable service, negotiate exceptional outcomes and build a business solely on repeat and referral business. And when you care deeply about where you live, it’s easy to embed yourself into the local community with authenticity and passion.
To us it’s pretty simple – when you put the people before the transaction, great outcomes are inevitable.
Behind the scenes
There’s nothing like waking up on our own property: 24 acres in the heartland of the region we sell every day. Our team love living here, and sellers and buyers can feel that energy in every interaction with Windrose.
Nothing makes us happier than introducing new residents to the places we love. That includes where to find the best coffee, playgrounds for your little people and areas for your pups to roam.
Our knowledge of the region means we have an exceptional understanding of the local market and property values within that market.
