Sam was amazing! He was honest, reliable and very trustworthy. The most down to earth real estate we have ever met. Not only did we have the pleasure of selling 2 houses back to back with Sam, we also had the privilege of buying our dream house from Sam. Sam gave us great advice before we put the property on the market on what we should do to best prepare for the best possible sale. We followed this advice and we had exchanged contracts in 2 weeks from the time the property was listed. Sam kept me updated the whole way through, nothing was too much trouble, and he was never pushy at all. The price we discussed was also reached so he can deliver what he promises.
